our markets

In December 2015, My Local Feast started their first farmers' market on the Darling Downs. Located on the front lawns of the iconic Empire Theatre in Toowoomba, it has grown to be a very popular place for gathering with family and friends. In April 2017 they launched their second farmers' market under the windmills alongside the Cobb & Co Museum in East Toowoomba and are planning more in other regions.

With a strong belief that each community is a better place when farmers and locals work, play and eat together, each market is unique, Building on the idea of 'growing stronger communities'.

Founder Josie Howard has a vision to create a brand that becomes synonymous with local food. If you can find a My Local Feast product, whether it's a farmers' market, artisan product, restaurant or grocer or produce, you will know you are well on the way to supporting local farmers.
